TWO HOUR WORKSHOP
Bonding and Belonging: transgenerational exploration of the family system
There are times when a feeling of being stuck or trapped within our lives is overwhelming, yet it often seems impossible to locate or define where this feeling comes from, and why we feel unable to move forward in life.
Family Constellations is a method that can be used to explore these issues. We all have a deep need to belong. We are born into a group of people, a family system that stretches back generations. In the best of times a family offers strength and support, providing us with a place to breathe and to feel at ease. Yet sometimes life does not seem to flow easily. There may be tension within the family group, a sense of personal unease, or a sense of not being able to embrace life fully.
The Family Constellation process can offer insights that can open a way towards resolving tensions and conflicts in our lives. Family Constellations explore how the resonance of the past, as well as invisible loyalties to the wider family system, can affect your life in the present. The process can make these bonds visible, allowing a shift towards a good solution for yourself and your family.
The Family Constellation process can also be used in corporate and organisational settings, as well as larger communities.
Robyn lives in Cape Town, between mountain and sea. She runs a full-time practice offering individual Family Constellation sessions (since 2004) and facilitates Family Constellation workshops (since 2007). Robyn combines body work in both the individual sessions and the workshop setting. The use of body, breath and movement is a natural and powerful combination, assisting the deep processing that is begun in a Family Constellation.
You are invited to join her for an introductory Family Constellation workshop, which will include an actual constellation process for you to get a real sense of Family Constellations.
Come and celebrate the connections and interconnectedness between us all.
